B-Adore.com accepts unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise returns and exchanges made within 14 days of purchase. All returned merchandise must have the original tagging still attached. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. You will need to pay for return shipping, but B-adore.com will ship any exchanged merchandise free of charge. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

B-ADORE.COM RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE EXCESSIVE RETURNS.

For all returns you will need to first contact customer service at service@b-adore.com before returning any merchandise. You will then be contacted and given further instructions.
