B. Adore recently took a trip to Europe to explore the shopping districts in Europe’s top fashion cities such as Rome, Milan, and Paris. The purpose of the trip was to see the street fashion (follow the link to see street fashion images) trends that are dominating the these high fashion cities in addition to visiting the high end designer stores who set the trends each season. In all we spent 6 day window shopping in Italy and France where we visited the shopping districts in Rome, Milan, and Paris.
To make sure that we were able to share our experience with you, our fans, we brought along our cameras and kept them rolling the entire time! Take a look at our video below hosted by Aaron our fashion director who is more in tune with online shopping (as you should be!) and jokingly complained of cardiac arrest, delayed onset muscle soreness, and dementia type symptoms while walking the “…32 marathons” we walked during the 6 days we were in Europe bringing the saying “shop until you drop” into reality!
This shopping tour was great for B. Adore because we want to become a household name like some of the larger stores and designers such as Gucci and H&M. However, want to bring that same shopping experience online to our customers, so that when they shop at B. Adore online they receive that same feeling and atmosphere as walking into a big name designer store.
B. Adore took to the streets of Rome, Milan, and Paris to spot some of the hottest street fashion in some of the world’s top fashion cities. Rome is not considered to be a top fashion city in modern times but historically speaking Rome was once the central hub of European fashion, entertainment, and parliament. So we thought it would be fitting to begin our fashion tour in Rome.
Although, we were there during the high tourist season we were able to find some local students studying just outside the Colosseum who were more than happy to take a break from studying to take a picture for us. Both women were dressed pretty casual with one wearing a grey t-shirt with Mickey and Minnie Mouse screen printed on the front. Her friend was wearing a blue drape neck blouse and black cardigan sweater. Both women were wearing blue stone washed jean pants.
Paris Shopping
The last stop on our tour was Paris, home to the Eiffel Tower, Venus di Milo and many big name fashion shows. How fitting is it that the “City of Love” is home to Venus (Aphrodite her Greek name) the Goddess of love and beauty. Paris is indeed a beautiful city full of beautiful women with a great sense of fashion. While walking through the shopping districts in Paris which consisted of many small boutiques we snapped a few pictures of the shoppers in the streets. We saw mini skirts, scoop neck tops, and floral print dresses. In addition, we saw a wide spectrum of colors following the recent trend where it seems the more colors you can put into your outfit the better!
Milan Fashion District
Our next stop was the prestigious high class shopping district of Milan. There we saw every thing from gold shimmering pants to drop shoulder blouses with tank tops to red polka dot retro inspired dresses! It was fashion heaven to say the least. While in Milan we enjoyed the diverse fashion styles we saw on the streets as well as visiting some of our favorite designer stores such as Gucci, Prada, Valentino, Chanel, DSquared, and many more. There will soon be able to watch a short video of our European fashion tour but in the meantime enjoy the street fashion photos from our European fashion tour!
